Canibus emerges from an apparant 3 year interview silence for a lengthy discussion covering beef, working towards a positive hip hop community, the role of writers and other random issues...it does get a bit sprawling at some points but all Canibus fans will enjoy at least a cinfused glimpse into the mic legend.
